Talent Buddies Referral Bonus System
Refer a candidate to Talent Buddies. If your referral is successfully hired by one of our partner companies, you receive a bonus based on the role’s seniority.
STEP ONE
Mid / Senior / Manager-level roles
→ $200 per successful hire

→ $500 per successful hire

Referral Bonus Structure
A referral is considered successful when:
- The candidate is introduced through Talent Buddies
- The candidate is hired by the client
- The candidate remains employed for at least 45 days

Important notes
- The referral must be new to Talent Buddies (not already in process or in the database).
- In case of duplicate referrals, the bonus is awarded to the first valid submission.
- We prioritize quality over volume: relevant, well-matched candidates matter most.
